Vohimasina Nord is a town and commune in Madagascar. It belongs to the district of Manakara, which is a part of Vatovavy-Fitovinany Region in Fianarantsoa Province. The population of the commune was estimated to be approximately 22,000 in 2001 commune census.

Primary and junior level secondary education are available in town. The majority 90.3% of the population of the commune are farmers. The most important crop is cloves, while other important products are oranges, cassava and rice. Industry and services provide employment for 1.5% and 2.2% of the population, respectively.
