Toni Nadal

Antoni "Uncle Toni" Nadal Homar (born 1961 in Manacor) is a Spanish tennis coach.

He currently coaches his nephew Rafael Nadal, who is ranked number one in the world, since August 18, 2008. He is also the brother of former Spain international footballer Miguel Ángel Nadal.

After introducing Rafa to tennis at the age of three, he decided to coach his nephew at home where he attended a regular school instead of sending him to train at the Spanish Tennis Federation.

Uncle Toni has great influence on his great-talented nephew, he has worked with Rafael since Rafael was four years old. He travels to most events with Rafael. It is Uncle Toni, who taught Rafael to play left-handed even though he is naturally right-handed.
