Sondre Båtstrand

Sondre Lindholm Båtstrand (born 1983) is a Norwegian politician and environmentalist. He is one of two national spokespersons (equivalent to party leader) for the Green Party in Norway.

Båtstrand grew up in Nøtterøy, and was during his youth national spokesperson for Green Youth. He currently is studying at the University of Bergen and was top candidate for the Greens in the Bergen municipal election in 2007, but failed to claim a seat.
