David Reader

David Reader

David Reader retired from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2008. He was latterly British Ambassador to Cambodia. Reader was High Commissioner to the Kingdom of Swaziland before his appointment to Cambodia.[1]

He has also held a number of positions at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. David is married to Elaine and they have a son and a daughter.
