Željka Čižmešija is a
Croatia n retiredfigure skater who competed internationally for both Croatia andYugoslavia . On March 7, 1990, at the 1990World Figure skating Championships , she became the last figure skater to compete acompulsory figure in international competition (David Liu having previously become the last male skater to do it). Both she and Liu received certificates about their achievement.
