Jesus on Extasy

Jesus on Extasy are an alternative rock band from Germany.

Having recently signed to Drakkar Entertainment, they released their debut album "Holy Beauty" in March 2007 and their second album "Beloved Enemy" on May 2, 2008.

Their sound combines rock music with synthesisers almost to the level of Techno music. The lyrical themes focus on love, loneliness and technology.

Jesus on Extasy have worked with German Industrial rock band KMFDM on a remix of their single "Assassinate Me." They have also supported Austrian electronic music band L'Âme Immortelle during their 2006 tour.

The band toured Europe with Letzte Instanz and later with Dope Stars Inc. and Entwine in spring 2007, and later they played at some festivals including M'era Luna. In [2007] he was with Xandria cooperated as Xandria Vs. Jesus on Extasy and released the EP Sisters of the Light. In 2008 they will play at Wave-Gotik-Treffen on May 10 and Summer Breeze Open Air on August 14.
