Titular Bishop of Ros Cré . He became auxiliary Bishop of theArchdiocese of Manila .Bishop Arguelles was appointed as bishop to theMilitary Ordinariate of the Philippines and after 9 years, he was transferred to the archdiocese of Lipa and was appointed Archbishop of that said diocese.References
