Valery Yaremchenko

Valery Yaremchenko

Valery Yaremchenko (born August 15, 1947) is a Ukrainian coach and a former footballer. He was born in the city of Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. As a player he participated in 247 games as a member of FC Shakhtar Donetsk scoring 24 goals. He coached Syria (1985-87), FC Shakhtar Donetsk (1989-94, 2002-03), FC Kremin Kremenchuk (1994), FC Kolos Krasnodar (1994), FC Rotor Volgograd (2004), FC Metalurh Zaporizhia (2004-05). Honorary coach of Ukraine in 1993. Recently is the most notorious out of all Ukrainian coaches that are currently active (2005-2010).
