Sergei Gennadiyovich Chuyev (Чуев Сергей)

Born 1971 in Moscow. Completed his studies in 1996 at the Moscow State Institute of Culture as a Librarian. In 2001 completed his studies in Civil Law. From 1993-2003 he served in the Russian army in the Customs department.

Russian historian.
