Joe Tofflemire (born July 7, 1965 in Los Angeles, California) was a Center in the National Football League for the Seattle Seahawks. Tofflemire attended Arizona and was an AP All American. Tofflemire started all sixteen games for the Seahawks in the 1992 season. Tofflemire was hurt the following year and was ultimately replaced by Grant Feasel as the starter.

Tofflemire attended Post Falls High School in Post Falls Idaho. Joe was a four year letterman in Post Falls in both Track and Football and was named to the All State teams being named the Offensive Lineman of the year his senior year. In high school Tofflemire also was the kicker in which his nick name was "Joe the Toe" because he could regularly kick the football through the uprights on kickoffs and also because he had very large feet and an unusually long big toe.
