Gerardo L. Munck is a

Political Science from theUniversity of New Hampshire , a Master's inLatin American Studies atStanford University , and his PhD from theUniversity of California, San Diego .Argentine by birth, Professor Munck is a specialist on political regimes anddemocracy , methodology, andLatin America .
