Joe Beeston (February 23, 1947 - February 25, 2008) was the CEO of Highland Spring. He took over as CEO in 1992 and kept the role up until his death. During his time as CEO he took production from 70 million litres in 1992 to 226 million litres in 2007 and maximised profit from £15 million to £51 million.

In 2005 he was the first person to receive a OBE for services to the soft drinks industry by The Queen.
