Semir Štilić (born October 8, 1987 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, then part of Yugoslavia) is a Bosnian football player. He is currently a midfielder playing for Lech Poznań in Polish Orange Ekstraklasa.

He's already considered by many as the best player in Bosnian Premier League at the age of only 20. He is very quick and skillful and sometimes compared to Luka Modrić because the style that he plays. He is very unselfish and assists most of his team's goals. He has been very closely monitored by Dinamo Zagreb, Arsenal FC, Eintracht Frankfurt, Trabzonspor and some clubs in Russia. He has recently signed a 4-year long contract with Polish club Lech Poznań on 11 June 2008.
