The Jet Radio reaches out to its listeners mainly in thecountries ofCanada ,United States ,United Kingdom ,Ireland andAustralia .Early Days & Random Talk Radio
Random Talk Radio opened in 2003 as a pre-recorded internet radio founded by Loren Klein & Sam Berns, going under the aliases Funky Bananas and DJ Split. . The Radio had great activity from 2003-2005. Later, Random Talk Radio merged into The Jet Radio.
The Jet Radio began airing on Jan 2006 as a live broadcast, with many ideas of creating a great radio station to provide great music. It started out with around two live shows per week, later in 2006 the radio increased to 24/7 broadcasting and 1-2 live shows per day.
Late 2006- 2007
In 2007, The Jet Radio took a break from broadcasting as the
DJ andAdministrators team have been focusing on other projects. The Jet had occasional shows throughout 20072008 Future Plans & Comeback
In 2008, The Jet Radio announced that they would be starting a broadcast schedule as well as a new website, the radio is expected to air in May 2008 , along with some one off shows in April 2008.
On
April 20 ,2008 , it was announced that The Jet Radio will be hosting a one-off show featuring Cole McLean, The show will be on May 2nd 2008 at 6PM EST, on TJR'S official website. This will be the first ever show to be broadcast in low and high bandwidth versions on The Jet Radio. 24/7 streaming will also begin following the show.References
