Jan Zaru is a fictional character in the anime series Gyoten Ningen Batseelor created by Itaru Ueda based on the manga created by Fumiaki Tatesaku.

About Jan Zaru

Jan Zaru is a warrior from the land of light. She was tasked by the priestess of light to collect the eight peace stones to keep the balance of power in the world. During her journey to collect the stones she met Gay and was transformed to a monkey by Gay's curse. She is currently traveling with the Captain Fatz and the Seahorse's crew. Still collecting the stones and trying to restore peace in the world.

She always get into a squabble with Captain Fatz. She dislikes Captain Fatz' lazy and gluttonous ways. She has a crush on Captain Gatz. She doesn't know that Captain Fatz and Captain Gatz are the same being.

She is one of the eight elemental warriors.

Jan Zaru

"Jan Zaru" is a small talking monkey [http://www.manga-sanctuary.com/bdd/serietv/4573-captain-fatz/ Captain Fatz @ Manga Sanctuary] ] . While trying to collect the peace stones, Jan Zaruko got in to a competition with Gay, who at the same time was collecting the stones for his own personal purpose. Trying to get rid of the opponent, Gay cursed and transformed Jan Zaruko to a monkey.

"Jan Zaruko" is the normal form of Jan Zaru. She is a beautiful warrior from the land of light. In monkey form Jan Zaru can revert to Jan Zaruko when she gets splashed by the tears of an innocent being.

Jan Zaruko transforms in to the elemental warrior "Super Jan Zaruko" when she wields the piece stone of light.

Jan Garu

There was a time when Gay got so fed up of Jan Zaru, who always foils his evil plans, that he transformed her in to a tiger.
