Sri Puthuruthy Edappurathu Lakshmi Narasimha Moorthi Temple is one of the famous Hindu temples of lord Narasimha located in Puthuruthy village, Thrissur District, Kerala. Narasimha is one of the forms of lord Vishnu.

The temple is around 3500 years old.
