Lee Christmas

Lee Christmas (born in Livingston Parish, Louisiana in 1863 died January 1924) was an American known as a "soldier of fortune" in Central America.

Christmas was a former railroad brakeman, fireman and engineer, but lost that job due to his color blindness. He headed to Honduras initially as a railway engineer but when his train was seized by a rebel faction he went on to work with Manuel Bonilla and would go on to other exploits in the region.
