Women and Gender Committee

The Women and Gender Committee of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council for the African Union is charged with formulating opinions and providing inputs with respect to the following:

* Women.
* Gender and development as cross-cutting issue.

The Chairperson of the Committee is Koite Doumba.
