The low cost materials used in the construction of the HP22/25 suggest a relatively short lifespan when compared to more expensive
rimfire pistols, as noticeable wear begins to occur at a relatively low round count.Though inexpensive, and often referred to by certain groups as a "saturday night special" or "junk gun", the little HP is generally considered to be a good value in the arena of
rimfire plinking pistols.
