Taproot Audio Design

Taproot Audio Design is a recording studio located in Oxford, MS that focuses primarily on audio mixing and mastering of original music for CD or DVD. It is owned and operated by engineer/producer Jeffrey Reed.

A Brief History

Reed initially gained experience as an engineer while working for Malaco Records and Parallax Records, both independent labels based in Jackson, MS; and later, Ardent Studios in Memphis, TN garnering numerous gold and platinum awards with such artists such as the U.K.’s Primal Scream , the pop-sensible Gin Blossoms and the country music world’s Aaron Tippin.
