Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 9th Baronet

Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 9th Baronet (18 April1752 – 17 May 1794), was the son of Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 7th Baronet and Elizabeth Dyke.

He succeeded his nephew as 9th Baronet Acland, of Columb John on the latter's death in April 1785. On his death in 1794 he was succeeded in the baronetcy by his eldest son.

Education

He attended Eton College and University College, Oxford.

Family

He married Henrietta Anne Hoare, daughter of Sir Richard Hoare, 1st Baronet and Frances Anne Acland, on 4 July 1785, and had issue:
*Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 10th Baronet (1787-1871)
*Hugh Dyke Acland (1791-1834)
