Arnold Kling

Arnold Kling is a noted economist. He is a founder and co-editor of [http://econlog.econlib.org EconLog] , a popular economics blog.

Biography

In 1980 Kling received a Ph.D. in economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He worked as an economist in the Federal Reserve System from 1980 to 1986. He served as a senior economist at Freddie Mac from 1986 to 1994. He started, developed and sold Homefair.com from 1994 to 1999. Kling is the author of "Crisis of Abundance: Rethinking How We Pay for Health Care", which was published in 2006.
