Johnson Barnes, better known as Blu and also known as the self titled "Sean Blu" in his song "First Things First", is an American MC from San Pedro, California. [ [http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:djfrxqydldhe~T1 Blu biography on All Music Guide] ] He is best known for his debut album, "Below the Heavens", which was produced by Exile. Blu is also involved in several other projects including Johnson & Jonson (with Mainframe) and C.R.A.C. (with Ta'Raach). He is the cousin of the late professional basketball player Jim Barnes.
