Philotheus of Pskov

Filofei ("Филофей" in Russian) (? - ?, Pskov) was a hegumen of the Yelizarov Monastery in Pskov in the 16th century. He is credited with authorship of the "Legend of the White Cowl" and the Third Rome prophesy.
