Crawshaw School is a secondary school in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, England. It gained specialist humanities status in 2005.[2] The 2011 Ofsted inspection report gave the school an overall grade 2 (good).[1]
In 1994 the School was visited by Conservative MP and former health secretary, Virginia Bottomley, who praised the fire resistance of the school buildings.[citation needed] Despite this praise, a fire started by "carelessly discarded smoking material" burnt down a large part of the old school buildings; an extensive and prolonged rebuilding scheme has since taken place.[3][4]
The Crawshaw school logo is a black crow on a green background.
