Hometown Baghdad

Hometown Baghdad is a 38-part web documentary series that tells the stories of three Iraqi college students who are struggling to survive in Baghdad. The series was produced by Chat the Planet. It was recently nominated for four Webby Awards [http://www.webbyawards.com/webbys/current.php?media_id=97&season=12] . And the series won three Webby Awards for Public Service and Activism, Best Reality and News and Poltics in 2008

The charecters are Saif Naji, Adel and Ausama.Saif Naji is an Iraqi dentist,he was born in Sep. 1983, Naji lived his life in Baghdad, Iraq. He finished his high school degree from Baghdad College in 2001 and he took his Dental Diploma from the University of Baghdad/College of Dentistry in 2006. Naji got married in late 2006 and moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 2007.
