He was born in Hydra. He had a distinguished officer in the Royal Navy and was the first to direct a theoretic ship in
1853 in the recently established former Navy School other than corvette "Loudovikos" (Louis). When he knew the minister the small steam schooner "Panopi" and during his tenure of the towards Greece, he sailed into theBiscayne bay nearFerrol in the northwestern beach ofSpain onDecember 14 ,1856 and sold the payments with luck in the expensive tide estimate except for a newly built ship which was ruined. For the naval misfortune, Miaoulis left from the former war council. He was the person who marched fromEngland in1854 with the steam schooner "Afroessa".References
