Llanerch Country Club

The Llanerch Country Club is a private club in Havertown, Pennsylvania. In addition to an 18-hole regulation length golf course, the club grounds also house seven outdoor tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse with dining facilities [http://www.llanerchcc.org/visitor/home.asp] .

The Llanerch Country Club has been operating under its present name since 1919 but that is the fifth name for the club that started at this location in 1901 [Finegan, James W.: "A Centennial Tribute to Golf In Philadelphia." Golf Association of Philadelphia, 1996.] . Llanerch Country Club has hosted numerous championships, including the PGA Championship won by Dow Finsterwald in 1958.
