Clinton Wallace Free

Dr Clinton Free is an Australian expert on financial management, particularly in the areas of performance measurement, capital budgeting, strategic management control systems and supply chain management.

Free is a Rhodes Scholar who has a number of refereed publications in leading finance and accounting journals as well as several book chapters. Prior to joining Queen’s, Clinton worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Australia’s largest law firm, as well as spending several years teaching undergraduate and executive courses at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University and the University of New South Wales. He has acted as a consultant to a broad range of commercial firms and government bodies, including BMW Group Canada, Clarity Systems, Safeway, Kingfisher and the UK Competition Commission.
