Kim Hak-Beom (Korean: 김학범) is a South Korean football manager, who manages Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.

He played at Kookmin Bank FC, an amateur club team in South Korea. But his player career was not so fortunate. In 1992, he retired and he coached the team until 1997. [web cite|url=http://www.esifc.com/main/boardhtml/boardcontent.html?&code=MENU51|title=Seongnam Ilhwa introduce page]

From September 1998, he moved to Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma as a coach. He learned many things from Cha Kyung-Bok, former manager of Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.

His coaching career in Seongnam ended in 2004. In 2005, he became the manger of Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.
