Gérald Jean Caussé (born
20 May 1963 ) has been ageneral authority ofThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since April 2008 and is the first person fromFrance to become a general authority in the history of the LDS Church.Caussé was born in
Bordeaux .
