James J. Baldwin, Jr. (born July 15, 1971 in Southern Pines, North Carolina) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He batted and threw right-handed. In his 11-season career, he played for the Chicago White Sox (by|1995-by|2001), Los Angeles Dodgers (2001), Seattle Mariners (by|2002), Minnesota Twins (by|2003), New York Mets (by|2004), Baltimore Orioles (by|2005), and Texas Rangers (2005).

He made his major league debut on April 30, 1995, for the White Sox. In by|2000, he made the Major League Baseball All-Star Game as a member of the White Sox. On January 24, by|2006, he signed a minor league contract with the Toronto Blue Jays.
