George Reynolds Gill

George Reynolds Gill (1828 Hereford, Herefordshire [ [http://www.chrisdufton.com/All_Relatives/paf/pafg266.htm All Chris Dufton's known relatives as at 25th Dec 2006 - pafg266 - Generated by Personal Ancestral File ] ] - 1904) was a noted English portrait painter, son of Edmund Marriner Gill and brother to William Ward Gill (1823-1894).

George Reynolds Gill married Helen Elizabeth Faulls in March 1859 in Pancras, London. She was born in 1836 in Fareham, Hampshire, died in June 1873 in Pancras, and was the eldest of three daughters of George Knivett Faulls and Sarah Cheverton. George and Helen had 5 children and with the 1881 census lived at 26 Leighton Road, Kentish Town, London.
