Fekitamoeloa 'Utoikamanu

Fekitamoeloa ʻUtoikamanu (born ) is a Tongan diplomat who has been serving as her country's Permanent Representative to the United Nations since February 152005 [ [http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2005/bio3638.doc.htm "NEW PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF TONGA PRESENTS CREDENTIALS"] , United Nations, February 15, 2005] , where she also represents the Pacific Islands Forum [ [http://www.spc.int/hdp/AC/hdp_CSW52.html "52nd Commission on the Status of Women"] , Secretariat of the Pacific Community] . Ambassador ʻUtoikamanu is a graduate of the University of Auckland, receiving her Bachelor of Commerce in Economics degree in 1980 and her Master of Commerce in Economics in 1983.
