HMS "Lark" was the name of many ships of the Royal Navy, including:

* The first HMS|Lark|1656, a royalist prize
*, a frigate destroyed during the American Revolutionary War
* The fifteenth HMS|Lark|U11, a World War II era Modified Black Swan class sloop, "declared constructive total loss" in 1945
