Víctor Hugo Andrada nicknamed "Copito" (born December 25 1958 in Santa Fe) is a former Argentine - Bolivian football midfielder from the 1980s and 90s.

In his native country he played professional football for Colón de Santa Fe, Racing Club de Avellaneda, Unión de Santa Fe, and Gimnasia y Esgrima de La Plata, but the neighbouring country of Bolivia is where he spent most of his extensive career, playing for teams such as, Blooming, The Strongest, San José and Real Potosí. He also made a short spell in the with Unión Española.

Following his retirement in 2001, "Copito" started a career as a football manager in Bolivia. In 2007 he was close from winning the promotion with Nacional Potosí, but the team came short after losing in a two game series to Guabirá from Montero.
