Eso Samardžić or also known as Esad Samardžić, born in Cazin (Bosnia and Herzegovina),was a famous popular folk singer and manager during the 1990s. He was also the owner of a famous Yugoslavian NightClub in Switzerland called Tanoa, where all the most popular folk singer from Serbia and Bosnia Herzegovina performed as well as himself in 1990 during the war in Yugoslavia. The most popular of Eso Samardžić song were "Da si moja" and "Majko, Bajram je" from his latest album "Stasala za ljubav" produced by his label EMONA in 1994, where also he worked with Dino Merlin, Halid Bešlić, Ceca and Halid Muslimović.

Before when Eso was active in a career as a folk singer and music manager, he became in his earlier year with 20 a police officer and stationed in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Pula, Croatia. After quitting his career as a police officer, he kept looking forward to start a career as a professional football player through the 1980s. Eso played as a strong forward player with NK Rudar, NK Pula, Partizan Belgrade, FC St.Gallen, and SC Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz.
