Great Yarmouth ,England that is now closed. It was one of three major stations in the town, the others being Yarmouth Vauxhall and Yarmouth Beach, of which only Yarmouth Vauxhall now remains.Yarmouth South Town was the northern terminus of the
Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Railway 's short line betweenGreat Yarmouth andLowestoft across theSuffolk border, and it was also the terminus of the Great Eastern Railway line to Beccles and beyond.It managed to survive the initial wave of the
Beeching Axe , but was eventually closed in 1970.
