Tim Mander

Tim Mander (born 1961) is a former leading Australian rugby league referee. Mander controlled the National Rugby League (NRL) grand final in 2004 and 2005. He is currently an NRL video referee. A born-again Christian and bible college graduate, Mander is the CEO of Scripture Union Queensland.
