Thomasina Miers

Thomasina "Tommi" Miers (born 1976) is an English cook, writer and television presenter.

In 2005 she won the BBC TV cookery competition "Masterchef", "impressing judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace with her bold and, at times, eccentric cooking style." [ [http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/tv_and_radio/masterchef/thomasina_index.shtml BBC Food profile] ]

She is the author of "Cook: Smart Seasonal Recipes for Hungry People" [HarperCollins, 2005, ISBN 0007229372 ] and "The Wild Gourmets: Adventures in Food and Freedom", with Guy Grieve.
