Taxonomy
It was first published as "Atriplex paludosa" var. "Baudini" by
Alfred Moquin-Tandon in 1849, based on specimens collected by during the Baudin expedition. The orthography of "Baudini" was later altered to "baudinii".APNI | name = "Atriplex paludosa" var.
