Boubacar Diabang Dialiba (born June 13 1988 in Dakar) is a Bosnian football player.

He is a striker currently playing for FK Željezničar in the Bosnian Premier League and part of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Under 21 team.

He began his career in Senegal with Abeme and later moved to Racing de Dakar. In year 2006 was transfered from Racing de Dakar to FK Željezničar. He spent two years in this club, playing on a high level. In 2008 he went to Spain and signed a contract with Real Murcia.
