Glasgow Caledonian University Students' Association (GCUSA) is an expanding organisation providing a wide range of services for the benefit of the 15,000 full time students at Glasgow Caledonian University. Located on a campus site in Glasgow City Centre, the Students' Association has its own unique and friendly community.
The main function of Glasgow Caledonian University Students' Association (GCUSA) is to REPRESENT students at Glasgow Caledonian University.
It does this at a number of levels, ensuring the Students' Association is run as students want it to be, working with the University to improve the student experience, and at a local and national level on issues affecting our students.
Within GCU, student representatives sit on more or less every committee across the University. From class reps on SSCG, [School Boards] , to Senate and University Court. The Students' Association supports all reps at all levels within the University.
On a national level the GCUSA is affiliated to the National Union of Students (NUS) which lobbies and campaigns for students at a Scottish and UK level.
