Rotten Tomatoes . FilmCrave is privately owned and funded by ImaJAN Media LLC, Missouri.Movie Rankings/Lists
FilmCrave’s users rate movies on a 0.5 – 4 star scale. These ratings play a significant role on the website to help determine the overall "rankings" of movies. Along with ratings users can add movies to movie lists such as the "Top Movies of All time" and "Top Action Films". Movies that users place on these lists are figured into FilmCrave’s "Top Movie" lists which can be filtered by both year and by genre.
The exact formula is not published on the website, however it is disclosed on FilmCrave that it each movie in the database is given a unique ranking that is compiled daily. [ [http://filmcrave.com/list_top_movie.php/ Filmcrave.com - Top 100 Movies accessed 04/05/08] ]
