Paul Habibi

Paul Habibi (born in 1972 in Los Angeles, CA) is an American real estate entrepreneur and business school professor.

Paul is Principal and Co-Founder of Habibi Properties, LLC, one of the largest private multi-family housing owners in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Paul previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Banc of America Securities LLC, and prior to that worked as Manager of Transaction Support with The Walt Disney Company. Paul began his career as an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen.
