BeatRoute (newspaper)

BeatRoute Magazine is a monthly music paper published in Calgary. With a ciculation of 10,000, the paper is distributed in Calgary, Edmonton and Lethbridge. Although primarily focused on music, BeatRoute also publishes articles on art, columns and film reviews. Currently, it is the only music publication of its size in the area [ [http://www.beatroute.ca Beat Route] ]

The paper started in June 2004. Its founder and publisher is Brad Simm, and its managing editor is Glen Anderson.
