Burks alleged extraordinary psychic powers made news headlines in 1993 when it was revealed that the Queen's bank Coutts contacted him to deal with a ghost at it's prestigious Strand headquarters in Central London, his intervention laid to rest the troubled soul of Thomas Howard, the fourth Duke of Norfolk, who was beheaded by Queen Elizabeth I in 1572.
