(1991)"Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt" is the first studio album by the
Christian alternative rock bandBreakfast with Amy , released in1990 . Produced by the band at Casbah Studios inFullerton , CA, "Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt" was the group's first studio release withNarrowpath Records . Breakfast with Amy's first studio release saw the band re-record their early demos, in addition tonew song material that band had written under Narrowpath Records. The music on the album borrows heavily from neo-psychedelic and punk rock influences, and some other band influences cited wereEcho and the Bunnymen ["Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt release" | http://breakfastwithamy.tripod.com/everything.html AMG review] .] .The album originally had a limited release, and went out of print soon after the band's short tour promoting their new release.
