Sureterm Direct is a specialist insurance intermediary in the United Kingdom. Sureterm is headquartered in Godmanchester, equidistant between Cambridge and Peterborough, in an old public house. It has been rumoured that the building is haunted and sometimes late at night some have claimed to have seen a ghost.

Sureterm was established in 1998 by Andy Wood and Janice Purbrick. Wood and Purbrick, whilst still running the company, often get involved in charity work today, including donations to local Huntingdon causes. The company also funds restoration of a local landmark, the Old Stationmasters House in Bridge Place.Verify source|date=July 2008. The Stationmasters House was where the Great Eastern Railway Line - previously ran from Huntingdon to the East Coast (now long gone) is of local Historical Interest and the community of Godmanchester.
