glacier with abruptvalley walls, 3 miles (4.8 km) long, which is a western tributary toKohler Glacier . Located just southwest ofMorrison Bluff in the central part ofKohler Range ,Marie Byrd Land . Mapped byUnited States Geological Survey (USGS) from ground surveys andU.S. Navy air photos, 1959-71. Named byAdvisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) forRobert D. Yoder ,United States Department of State , Chairman of theInteragency Committee on Antarctica, 1970-73.
